PG&E Tree work

Dear Valued Customer,

As part of our commitment to maintaining electric safety, we will be in your neighborhood in the coming weeks to prune or cut down trees and shrubs that are too close to powerlines. No action is required by you at this time.

What you can expect

  • You may see PG&E contractor trucks and other equipment in the area.
  • All personnel are required to carry valid photo identification and will provide it upon request.
  • Wood debris 4” or less in diameter will be chipped and spread onsite or hauled away. Larger wood will remain onsite.
  • When work is complete, you may see crews conducting follow-up inspections to ensure required standards for minimum clearances around powerlines are met.

For questions
If you have any questions, please email our Vegetation Customer Engagement Team at treesafety@pge.com, or call 1-800-564-5080. You can learn more about this important preventative safety work at pge.com/trees.

Thank you for your cooperation as we work to enhance the safety and reliability of our system.

Saturday December 14, 2024 storm

These are the current creek heights at 6.9ft. First pic is the creek at the north lock. Second pic is of the creek at the south lock just behind the moat. Saturday is going to be a 7.5ft tide. With the rain it might be higher. Please plan accordingly. Sandbags are located at both the north and south locks. I will be dropping the lagoon levels even more at 3pm today.  BMK ERT will be monitoring the storm.

Brian Clark, Waterways Manager

Sandbags

If you are in need of sandbags, they are located at the North and South locks.
Some are more weathered than others and might be ripped open. Please be considerate and clean up after yourselves.
Thank you,
Lisa BMKCSD
